While you can create new users manually, Elastic also offers a new user self-registration service. In order for a user to self-register, they will need the correct account number and the access key set by the brand. These can be found in the Admin CSP. Select 'Data' -> 'Customers', find the correct customer account and select 'View'. In the example below the account number is DEMO and the access key is elastic.demo. The account number and access key are both case sensitive.

The self-registration page can be found from the brand's login page. Filling in these two fields will bring up a new form allowing the user to set their user account information.

Note: Not all brands use self-registration. The access keys can be changed/imported in during a customer import.
