From the Admin CSP front end users can be manually registered. This can be done by going to the Users tab under Data -> Users. This will bring up the users list showing all the reps/dealers registered on the site. On this page you can View, Edit, Login As, Delete, and create a New User. Before creating a user you will want to make sure you have the account # or repID that this user will be created from. Once ready select the New User button in the top right.
This will bring up a new page to enter in the new user's information with required fields marked with a *. The following fields can be set; First Name*, Last Name*, Username*, Email, Password*, Require user to choose password before first login (can leave password blank if checked), Account Number*, Associated Customers, Account Manager, Confirmation Emails (All, Self, None), and Disable Order Creation and Submission. Once filled out selecting the Create User button at the bottom will complete your user, it will notify of any errors and if none notify on completion.
Note: Upon creating a user a registration email will go out to the email, if the Require user to choose password option is selected they will have a link to click that will bring them to a form on the login page to set their password. If it is not checked they will just receive a notice their user has been created.
