The Orders Report is powerful tool in the Admin CSP, located under the 'Reports' tab. With this report you can quickly look at leaderboards that will give you complete statistics on orders placed in your brands Elastic instance.
The different lists included are User Orders Leaderboard, which shows the top buyers by username, Customer Leaderboard which shows the top buyers by customer account, Status Leaderboard which shows the top amount by order status, Regional Leaderboard which shows the top amounts by region, and Recent Order Leaderboard which shows the top day of recent orders.
All of these leaderboards can have there parameters changed to what the admin is searching using the top boxes. Including a checkbox that will give you information as far back as the tool has been in use. after adjusting your parameters and using the Populate Leaderboards button you can view your results in the Admin CSP site or scroll to the bottom of the page and download the report which will create print job you can download in Print Jobs in the Admin CSP. This download will be in .xlsx format.
