The Users page contains all information regarding users for Elastic (All, Rep, Dealer, Test, and Disabled). Here you will find account names and numbers, usernames, associated emails, the type of account (rep/dealer) and if the user is active or not (enabled or disabled on the portal).
Types of Users
Edit User
To Edit a user, simply click 'Edit' the right of the user. This will allow you to enable or disable the user if needed, and alter their email notifications.
Login As
Click the 'Login As' button to login as a particular user. This feature allows you to place an order as a particular rep or dealer, troubleshoot, and access any information under said user's account. This is a handy feature for Sales Management, Dealer Sales and Service, and Sales Reps to assist with their accounts.
