The Brand Support Modal provides each brand the ability to to add support contacts in form of a phone number, email address or URL. You can add these contacts from the Admin CSP by selecting 'Admin' - 'Brand Support Contacts'. You can also list different contact options for different regions. If no Brand Support Contacts are provided, only the Elastic options will be displayed.
The first option, Elastic Support, will take your customers your brand support site. The second option will allow the user to submit a ticket for the Elastic Customer Success team without leaving Elastic. This will automatically populate the user's name, email and account number to help us troubleshoot. Providing your brand's contact details helps your customer to reach the correct support team and reduces their wait time in getting help.
